   Product quality was so so. The size chart is off when you go to covert from European sizes to American ended up two sizes to small. Called and they advised chart was off. When refunded I though since it was not my fault that I would get refunded my orginal shipping cost and did not. Not sure I got even refunded full purchase price rec $33. back. Check cost and that will determine this statement. Could go to war but not worth that comments mean more and the way you treat. Will most likely not buy anything else from that involves a size question on order. If you can get at store I would suggest going that route.

   The new Birkenstocks I just bought and thiner on top and much lighter than my older ones.They are rough inside so I have to wear socks. I’m wondering how they will wear. LaVera
